Three quarters of visits are homeowners in the Perth market this business actually serves.
The challenge
Perth Property Improver do quality work, but the website wasn’t pulling its weight. Enquiries were slow and a bit hit and miss.
By the time they got to us they’d already been through three website builds and three SEO providers, and none of it had really moved the needle.
Our approach: build the site like an encyclopaedia, not a brochure
Most business websites are brochures. They look alright, list a few services, and then stop. We built this one to work more like an encyclopaedia instead, something people and search engines can actually dig through.
- A clean, conversion-ready base
A simple layout we know converts, sitting on light code that search bots can read without any trouble. - Real depth, not just more pages
We produced a large number of pages, each one built around what the market is actually searching for across laundries, kitchens, bathrooms and project management. - Topics grouped and properly linked
Pages are grouped into clear topics and linked up so Google understands how the whole site fits together, not just the individual page it lands on. - Real project photography, no stock
Every image is the client’s own work, kitchens, bathrooms and laundries they actually built, not generic stock photography. - The stuff most renovation sites skip
Proper numbers and stats that answer a question properly, the useful detail that gives a page real authority instead of padding.
The results
Google took about a week to crawl and register the new site. Impressions rose first, jumping from around 7,600 in April to nearly 25,000 in May, which told us it was being seen more often.
Traffic followed, climbing to roughly 5x where it started. And the part that matters most, the enquiries, moved from about weekly to daily.
“My 4th website build, 4th SEO business to assist my business, and the only one to get the job done.”
— James, Perth Property Improver
Why it worked
See your website as an knowledge base, not a brochure. A knowledge base is thorough, organised so answers are easy to find, and it doesn’t bury you in clutter. As more people turn to AI for answers instead of scrolling, the most complete site in your industry is the one that gets cited, and the one that gets found.
